A licensed Realtor since 2006, Rick began his journey by selling single family homes to friends and family. After a couple of years, his work ethic made him evolve into a full-time Realtor which
eventually led to his role as a Property Supervisor overlooking 500+ units. His role consists of multi-tasking on advising clients on market trends, volatility, Fair Housing rules, city and state
ordinances, city inspections and laws that apply to multi and single family properties, leasing and selling of single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. Further, his bilingual
(English/Spanish) skills enable him to interact with all clients and tenants efficiently.

As a Realtor:
Rick’s experience is an accumulation of project management, market analysis, negotiation, and customer service. Further, Rick prides himself on being a hard-working professional and providing
quality service to all his clientele whether it is a single-family home, multi-family building, or commercial property. You can always expect Rick to be transparent, honest, and be in continuous
communication with his clients, escrow, and 3rd parties from beginning to close.

As a Property Supervisor:
With the current real estate climate changing rapidly, Rick makes sure both ownership and residents are up to date on local and state laws and ordinances. Being entrusted with a portfolio of over
500 units, Rick makes sure to be knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate management and leasing including the handling of properties to be deemed “injunction properties” or low performing
properties.

Ownership can expect that their properties are being managed with the upmost care and concern. Rick’s responsibilities also include the collections of rent, maintenance issues, repairs, monetary
increases of rent roll, navigating leasing for section 8 clients, and working with city inspectors/inspections.
